Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date Lai Wah Limited approves the return. This period of 14 days applies to all refund methods.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date Lai Wah Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Lai Wah Limited does not control PayPal processing times. You must monitor your PayPal account for the refund. If you do not receive a refund within 30 days, contact Lai Wah Limited at [email protected].
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Lai Wah Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide photographs of the damage or defect and your order number. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied. Lai Wah Limited will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Lai Wah Limited may require you to return the damaged or defective item. Return shipping costs for approved damaged or defective claims are paid by Lai Wah Limited.
Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree to contact Lai Wah Limited before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Lai Wah Limited will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting Lai Wah Limited, Lai Wah Limited may suspend your account and refuse future orders. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider for a chargeback.
